Peppermint is such a mood lifter that you might want to have a whole room smell like it. This amazing essential oil is also known to help with energy, aches and pains, headaches, nausea, memory and alertness, and more. This makes it a great oil to diffuse, but it’s important to do it safely; a little goes a long way! Make sure that you are following the instructions on your diffuser. Some diffusers require water, some need droplets to be placed on a pad or in a carrier oil. Because peppermint essential oil can be irritating, it is best to keep your diffuser out of the way of small children and pets. In fact, not all oils should be diffused around pets, and this includes peppermint essential oil. If you have cats, you will want to stay away from diffusing peppermint essential oil as it is not good for them.
