Mint + Winter = MINTER
Last week was the start of what we affectionately call “Minter” here at HD Soap. Peppermint is one of our most popular scents, especially around the holidays! This essential oil has SO many amazing benefits in addition to its invigorating smell.
This oil is popular in our lip balm because it actually plumps your lips a little as it helps to stimulate the circulation where its applied.
Peppermint essential oil also has natural antibacterial, antiseptic, and antimicrobial properties. This makes it effective in fighting not just blemishes but also germs – which is why we added a peppermint formula to our hand sanitizers offerings for the holidays last year!
Peppermint has calming, softening, toning and natural anti-inflammatory effects on the skin. It is also an energy booster – which is helpful when you need clarity and mental focus.
We already released our peppermint bath bomb, bath salt, and lip balm, but be on the lookout for more minter surprises!
