HD Soap is Back — With a Restocked Shop and a Renewed Mindset
After a season of big transitions, quiet reflection, and necessary rest, we’re finally back — and the online shop is officially restocked.
You may have noticed things slowing down around here, and pretty quiet around here these last few weeks. After closing our in-person retail location, Christine decided to take a step back — not just from the day-to-day operations, but from the pressure to keep pushing forward without pause.
This wasn’t just a business decision. It was a personal one.
Why Christine Took a Break
Running a small business is a dream come true — but it can also be overwhelming, all-consuming, and at times, unsustainable without boundaries. After years of hustle, she felt the early signs of burnout creeping in. And instead of pushing through (like we’ve all been conditioned to do), she chose something different:
To pray. To breathe. To reevaluate.
Closing our physical storefront was not easy, but it created space — space to rest, reflect, and rethink how we want to show up in business and in life. And most importantly, it gave us clarity on how to move forward with more intention, balance, and authenticity.
A New Chapter: Online-Only, with Purpose
Christine is now focused solely on our online shop, where we can offer the same quality products you’ve come to love — without the burnout. The shift allows us to serve our HD Soap community with more flexibility, creativity, and joy.
And yes, that means… The Shop is restocked!
After sorting through leftover inventory from the store, we’ve brought back home:

- A few surprise items we’d been holding onto (these will be listed soon!)

What You Can Expect Going Forward
This new chapter is about sustainable business, honest communication, and, as always, prayerful decision-making. That means:

Slower, more intentional restocks – Sorry, no more monthly releases! The consultant portion of our business will not be coming back; this will allow us to work at a healthier pace.

Limited-edition releases when inspiration strikes – just a few products at a time.
- A focus on sharing, teaching, and doing so in creative ways! These were always the things that brought the greatest joy.
I am incredibly grateful to those of you who’ve supported me during the transition — whether by sending kind messages, placing orders, or simply giving us the grace to rest. It means everything.
Thank you for sticking with HD Soap through the quiet. I’m excited to keep building something beautiful — just at a different pace.
