First of all, since this is our first post on our CBD products, let’s talk about where we get our CBD oil. Quality matters, and Christine researched for months and months to make sure she found a high quality distributor that guaranteed purity and potency – and we were excited to find Joy Organics. And, even though we are only putting these products on our skin and not ingesting them, she still wanted to make sure there was no THC in any of our products. THC is what causes psychological effects, which is why she wanted to make sure our CBD had no detectible amounts of THC in it.

Epsom salt provides your body with magnesium sulfate, which is something many of us are deficient in! When this important mineral is absorbed through the skin, it draws toxins from the body, and calms you by slowing your nervous system. It also reduces swelling and relaxes your muscles. Not only that, but Epsom salt is a natural emollient, exfoliator, and so much more. This is a powerful ingredient to pair with CBD oil!
Baking soda is also a great exfoliator and can minimize your pores! This keeps your pores from getting clogged, and since baking soda is antibacterial and anti-inflammatory, it could actually keep your breakouts at bay.
We have talked previously about the power of citrus essential oils, and the citric acid added to our bath bombs is no different! It is commonly used to help with several skin issues such as blemishes, clogged pores, wrinkles, dark spots, and more.
